I personally swear by this eye mask! I live in a very bright place and closing the curtains makes me inexplicably sad, so I use them to sleep like a lightin the universe. They’re also great for those days when your work schedule is choppy or you need to take a nap, as not only do they block out all the light, but they also allow you to contour your mascara if you’re using it.
